This PVC threaded reducing coupler joins 1-1/2" and 1" male-threaded pipes or fittings in a straight line. Both ends are female pipe thread (FPT), so each side accepts a male pipe thread (MPT) connection. Use it to transition between pipe sizes at inline connections where a removable threaded joint is needed.
