General Warranty

IrrigationKing warrants all products sold against defects in workmanship and material for a period of 6 months from the date of the original sale. Defective products must be returned to Irrigation King freight prepaid for inspection of any defects. Also a Return Goods Authorization number (RGA number) is required prior to returning the item(s). This warranty is void for plugging of drip emitter products, drip tape, and micro sprinklers. We recommend using a 120-mesh filter for these products.

Return Policy

If you would like to return your purchase for any reason you may return items to our warehouse WITHIN 30 DAYS of the purchase for a full refund of the product cost. The product should be in NEW AND UNUSED condition and any accessory items that came with the product should be included. A Return Goods Authorization number (RGA number) must be obtained prior to returning product. If an item is returned more than 30 days after the purchase date it will be subject to a 25% restocking fee.

Other Policies

Claims

Damage that occurs in transit/shipping is the responsibility of the carrier. If your order is damaged in transit please discuss and report the damage with the carrier at the time of receipt; if possible, write a note describing the damage on the delivery ticket. If you are to file a claim, consider making photos and keeping the original packaging to help describe the damage. If you are unable to report the damage at the time of delivery, please contact the carrier to file a claim as soon as possible. If needed, IrrigationKing will help you through the claims process; please notify us within 24 hours or the next business day if we are to assist you in filing a claim with the carrier. Orders that are missing items or that include wrong items are the responsibility of IrrigationKing. Please notify us of these issues right away so we can correct them.

Wrong item received or parcel missing items.

We take our shipping and dispatch accuracy very seriously.
If you have received a parcel that is incorrect or incomplete, you must do the following within 48hrs of receiving the parcel;
1) DO NOT throw any of the packaging or product materials away. Keep the entire package 100% as you recieved it.
2) Weigh your parcel and its contents.
3) Photograph the parcel and its contents. The photo must show products, parcel and packing materials clearly.

Failure to follow the procedures above will result in a rejection of the claim.
Never accept a parcel that is crushed, damaged or has been left open, possibly allowing contents to fall out.

Contract of Sale

A product viewed on IrrigationKing is an offer to treat; adding a product to your cart and proceeding through the checkout process does not constitute a legally binding contract of sale. Only once confirmation of shipment has been received has a contract for sale been formed.

IrrigationKing is not responsible for typographical errors. IrrigationKing reserves the right to cancel any order you have placed if there was a typographical error on the IrrigationKing Store concerning the pricing or availability of any item you ordered when you placed the order.
