When a secondary nozzle (RS- series) is not installed, the secondary port must be plugged to prevent uncontrolled water loss and erratic spray patterns that reduce coverage uniformity and waste system pressure. The RP-1/8 provides a clean, durable seal for single-nozzle operation.
