The RKMV1017 starter mini-valve inserts directly into poly tubing to start a 5/8" drip tape lateral with built-in on/off flow control. The 10 mm barb insert provides a compact, secure connection that sits low-profile against the supply line.

Installation

Use an 8 mm red-handle punch tool to create a hole in your poly supply line. Push the 10 mm barb insert firmly into the hole. Slide drip tape onto the swivel outlet. Open the valve to start flow.
