15 mm vs 17 mm
The 15 mm (blue) punch creates a snug hole for a tighter seal. The 17 mm (orange) punch creates a slightly larger hole that is easier to push fittings into, but may be more prone to leaking over time or if mishandled. For most installations, the 15 mm is recommended.
