General Return Guidelines
We want you to be satisfied with your purchase from IrrigationKing. If you need to return an item,
please review the guidelines below.
- Unused items in new condition can be returned within 30 days of purchase for a refund of the product cost.
- All returns require a Return Goods Authorization (RGA) number before sending items back.
- Products must be in new, unused condition with all original accessories, boxes, and documentation included.
- Used items are not eligible for return.
- All returns must be sent using the return label we provide.
- For non-defective products, return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
- Any original shipping charges paid on the order are non-refundable.
- Once your item is received at our warehouse, please allow 1–2 weeks for processing (longer during peak season).
- Items returned more than 30 days after the purchase date are subject to a 25% restocking fee or more, depending on age (see details below).
Unused Items Returned Within 30 Days
If you would like to return an unused item within 30 days of the purchase date:
- Contact our customer service team by email, phone, or Live Chat on our website to request a return and RGA number.
- The item must be in unused condition with all original boxes, accessories, and documents included.
- We will generate a return shipping label for you.
- For non-defective products, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
- If the product is confirmed defective, return shipping will not be deducted.
- Items must be shipped back within 14 days of the return being approved, or an additional 25% restocking fee will be deducted.
Unused Items Returned After 30 Days
For unused items returned more than 30 days after the purchase date:
- Contact our customer service team by email, phone, or Live Chat to request a return and RGA number.
- We will generate a return shipping label for you.
- The cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
- A 25% restocking fee will be deducted from the product purchase price.
- Items must be shipped back within 14 days of the return being approved, or an additional 25% restocking fee will be deducted.
Unused Items Over 90 Days Old
If you need to return an unused item purchased more than 90 days ago:
- Contact our customer service team by email, phone, or Live Chat to request a return and RGA number.
- We will generate a return shipping label for you.
- The cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
- A 50% restocking fee will be deducted from the product purchase price.
- Items must be shipped back within 14 days of the return request, or an additional 25% restocking fee will be deducted.
Defective Products (6-Month Warranty)
If you believe a product is defective, please contact us right away. Our 6-month warranty covers
manufacturer defects and defects in workmanship.
- In many cases, we can review the issue with photos of the defective product and send a replacement without requiring a return.
- In some cases, the product may need to be sent back for troubleshooting.
- If a return is required, we will provide a free return shipping label.
- If possible, we will repair the product and return it to you.
- If the product cannot be repaired, we will send a new replacement product.
Exchanges
Our system does not transfer funds from one order to another. Because of this:
- All exchanges are handled as two separate transactions:
- One transaction for the return and refund of the original item.
- A second transaction for placing a new order for the replacement item.
Cancelling an Order
If you need to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible.
- If the order is cancelled before it ships, there will be no charge.
- If the order has already shipped but has not yet been received:
- The order can still be cancelled and returned to sender.
- A 3% deduction from the order total will be applied.
- A $17 return-to-sender fee will also be deducted from the refund amount.
