Summary

    Complete parts for Header Manifold Assembly, Flanged, 2" with 3/4" Venturi.

    Installs on to a 2" mainline with supplied 2" NPT flanges. Requires 1/2" bolts sourced locally.

    Make sure your system meets the minimum flow requirements for your system pressure. For example, if your system is operating at 50PSI, you need to have at least 9gpm for the injector to work. This does not mean the pump's capabilities, it is based off the flow needed for the sprinklers and or emitters being used.

    To use the venturi injector manifold, first open the ball valve on the 3/4" bypass assembly. Then slowly start closing the main center throttle valve, this will divert a portion of your flow to the injector to create suction. Close the valve until you see the desired pressure differential indicated by the inlet and outlet pressure gauges. The pressure differential will determine the suction rate of the venturi, rates are shown on the venturi chart. Always initially verify flow by measuring the suction out of a known container. The injector also has a flow meter to visually see flow rate while running. Once done fertilizing open the throttle valve all the way back up and close the ball valves on the bypass assembly.
